• Free Night: 7th Night Lodging FREE for all 7-night rentals (free night at midweek rate).
  
  *Minimum Stays and Holidays: There is a 2 night minimum for certain holiday weekends & during peak season. There is also a $15/night surcharge for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day Holiday weekends. The first weekend in December - Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude also requires a $15 surcharge.
• Rates are based on up to 4 people per suite. Additional persons are $10 per person per night, with a max occupancy of 6 per two-bedroom two bath unit.
  
  A deposit of 30% or one night's rental, whichever is greater, is required. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks will only be accepted for advance deposits if the reservation is made at least 10 days in advance. Personal checks are not accepted upon check-in.
  
  If a reservation is cancelled 10 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, a refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee will be issued. If cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund. Sorry, no refunds will be issued for early departures.
  
  We also require a credit card imprint for any incidentals or extra charges incurred during the stay.
  
  Daily housekeeping is included in all stays. Front desk is open 24/7/365.
  
  All rental units are non-smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed on the premises.
