  *Minimum Stays and Holidays: There is a 2 night minimum for certain holiday weekends & during peak season. There is also a $15/night surcharge for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day Holiday weekends. The first weekend in December - Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude also requires a $15 surcharge.

• Occupancy: 4 person max occupancy in one-bedroom unit.
  
  Deposit / Payment Policy: A deposit of 30% or one night's rental, whichever is greater, is required on all advance reservations. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted upon check-in.
  
  Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled 10 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, a refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee will be issued. If cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival, the refund will be issued only if all rooms are rented. If not, the deposit is forfeited. Sorry, no refunds will be issued for early departures.
  
  Security Deposit Policy: We also require a credit card imprint for any incidentals or extra charges incurred during the stay. Al units are individually owned.
  
  Daily housekeeping is included in all stays.
