Located only minutes away from Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Craig’s Cruisers, and Michigan’s beautiful beaches, this cozy 5-year old cottage is the perfect summer getaway! Located across the street from Upper Silver Lake on a beautiful wooded lot, you can use upper Silver Lakes access lot for swimming, boating and water fun, only a couple blocks away. Enjoy all the wonderful aspects of cottage-living.

Sleeps 10 comfortably. 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The upstairs loft has two twin-sized beds (each with trundles), the downstairs bedroom (which doubles as the cottages second living room) has two pull out couches, and the upstairs living room has a fold-out futon. One full bathroom.

Our kitchen is stocked with dishes, cooking and baking pans and utensils, and includes a stove/oven, frig, microwave and coffee maker. Or, feel free use our gas grill for your perfect summer cottage cook-out!

Lake access is available using the access lot, short walk, so if you have a boat, be sure to bring it (high speed boating is allowed between 11am and 7:30pm). We also have two kayaks available for your use.

Relax on our large front deck with a great view of Upper Silver Lake. Or, go out back and have fun playng volleyball, badminton, baseball or shoot hoops. Whether you are adults looking for a relaxing getaway or a family looking to spend quality time with the kids, this cottage is perfect for you.

This new cottage is decorated in a cozy, neat, and modern fashion. Located on a quiet street, you will be sure to feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay.

Deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival.

We hold a credit card for a security deposit incase of damages.
