locations in the popular Tahoe Donner Resort subdivision in Truckee.

Sleeping accommodations for up to 8: queen bed in the master, a
double lower and twin upper bunk bed in the second bed room, a full
sized futon in living room, and two roll away single beds.

You'll love cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that includes a
variety of utensils, small appliances, microwave, food processor,
and
much more. Sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy a movie on the
32in flat screen television with VCR/DVD/Cable Playstation�. Wireless
broadband internet is provided.
Barbeque in the gas grill on the large deck, or just sit an enjoy
the
surrounding trees.

You can walk (about 2 blocks) to the Trout Creek recreation center
(swimming, exercise room, spas etc) and golf course. Tahoe Donner
amenities also include beach access, boating, tennis, hiking, and
equestrian center.

It is a short drive to the major North Lake Tahoe ski areas
including
Northstar, Sugar Bowl, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. There is
also
a large cross country ski and small downhill ski areas in the Tahoe
Donner subdivision.

Tahoe Donner amenities including two swimming pools, 2 spas, steam
room, sauna, exercise room, and golf course are all within walking
distance (1-2 blocks).
Other Tahoe Donner amenities include an
additional pool (Northwoods pool), tennis, equestrian center, beach,
boat launch, downhill skiing, and cross country skiing.

There is a $120 cleaning fee charged for each rental.
