Beautiful ocean-view property with panoramic view of Hauula Beach. Walk two minutes to Hauula Beach, drive 5 minutes to the Polynesian Cultural Center, ten minutes to Sunset Beach or 20 minutes to Waimea Falls Park. All water sports available at your fingertips. Walk five minutes to fabulous hiking in the mountains.
Four bedrooms to accomodate large families, including three baths. Spacious house with over 1700 interior square feet and two large living rooms. Two bedrooms, including master suite, upstairs and two bedrooms wiht separate bath downstairs. Futon beds allow comfortable sleeping accomodations for 10. Master suite includes walk out sliding glass door to lanai. Wall to wall carpeting and huge bay windows in all directions. Full kitchen allows comjplete capacity for any type of meal. Upper level 480 square foot lanai overlooking ocean tremendously expands living space. Eastern exposure provides fabulous sunrises, and no sunset is better that that viewed at Sunset Beach.
