Vacation Rental Description

Our bay front cottages(one and two bedroom) are located on a tiny  
tropical island in the  
middle Keys.  A 22' sailboat is included with each cottage.  The  
island is a very small and quiet lobster fishing village.  We are 10  
miles from the island of Marathon, where you will find shopping and  
many fine restaurants, and we are only 60 miles from Key West. 
 
Each cottage is only steps away from your dock, where you can relax  
under your tiki hut while watching spectacular open water sunsets and  
sip on a tropical island drink.  Our property is adorned with  
towering coconut palm trees and beautiful tropical foliage.  We are  
featured in the book "Florida Scenes of Paradise". 
 
Please note that smoking is NOT permitted on or in the premises, and  
we do not accept pets or children under the age of 16.Please E-Mail

Vacation Rental Amenities

We offer 22' sailboats with our cottages to qualified sailors only.   
We also have ocean kayaks, bicycles, fishing gear and much more for  
your stay.  The cottages are well appointed, with all your linens  
included, and are kept in pristine condition!  They are decorated in  
a nautical flavor with fine antiques collected from around the world. 

Activities and Attractions

There are numerous activities in close proximity to our little  
island.  We have the old 2.4 mile railroad bridge that is attached to  
our island.  The bridge is closed to traffic but used for walking,  
jogging, and fishing.  Long Key State Park is at the other end of the  
bridge and offers canoeing, hiking trails and more.  We are only four  
miles to the dolphin research center, where you can swim with the  
dolphins or just take a tour.  Hawks Cay Resort is two miles away and  
offers para-sailing, jet skis, powerboats, restaurants and more.   
Fishing charters are available on the island and you can be picked up  
at your dock.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1200-1700 weekly plus 11.5% tax.
