For your security, On-site Management is available 24/7.  For its location, a very affordable priced unit, which you would pay much more elsewhere.

The Monterey hosts a number of activities and conveniences to affordably entertain and serve you in our family-oriented courtyard. Tenant needs to bring towels and linens. Pillows, mattress pads, blankets, and spreads are provided in the unit.

 To pass on the savings to our guests, we have eliminated the daily maid service (towels, linens, etc.). The room rate is substantially lower than the standard posted Monterey hotel rate.The 14% state and tourism tax is not applicable.

Payments - We have scheduled the payments / deposits in (3) installments:

1. Security Deposit of $250 in advance (refunded after unit is inspected)

2. To make reservation, 25% down payment with signed lease agreement.

3. Additional deposit of 25% due 60 days prior to arrival.

4. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to check-in (other arrangements made for short notice rentals). Payments shall be in cash, check, cashiers or travelers checks. We accept PayPal.

5. In the event of cancellation it is necessary to notify the Owner/Landlord as soon as possible. Attempts will be made to re-rent your accomodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded.
