3 Bedroom/2 Bath 6 years new condo. Great location on the corner of East Farragut and Atlantic Avenue just one block from the beach with a swimming pool, elevator and ocean views. Perfectly furnished and wired, you'll love every aspect of this vacation getaway.

Spacious full kitchen with new appliances, breakfast bar and dining room.  Full washer/dryer, ironing board and iron is also provided. All the comforts of home are provided for you in this upscaled home.  ~Beautiful southern exposure a big plus~

Two parking spots and outdoor storage (chairs and hose).   Private balcony provides beautiful view from the second floor. Balcony furnished with table and chairs.

Large master bedroom has Queen bed, second bedroom has Full/Double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.  Bedrooms have new beddings, blankets, pillows night stands, dressers and ceiling fans. Huge living room provides  two sofas; both are with full pull-out sleepers.

 Nice TV's  are throughout the condo  including LR Blue-Ray Smart dvd player (internet connected, - NETFLIX, etc.),  Living Room 42" HD LCD TV, 32"LCD HD with build-in DVD player in Master bedroom and kid's bedroom, WiFi, HD Cable, ALL PREMIUM and SPORT Channels.

Pillows and blankets are provided; renters provide own sheets/linen,towels, paper products.

Condo is available for weekly and montly rent in July and August. Please contact the owner if you wanted to rent it off season.

All inclusive weekly rates will cover 7 nights stay, free professional cleaning, free internet and WiFi, free cable and renter's insurance,- no security deposit is required. The Labor Day week is extended to 9 nights through the Labor Day.

The Process:

1. After you get all your questions answered and the week you're interested in is still available, please call or send me a commitment email stating that you wanted to rent the condo for this week.
2. Shortly after that you will recieve an invoice from PPI (Payment Processing, Inc.) for $400 non-refundable booking deposit to be paid by credit card. At this time, I will change the status of this week to "reserved" at Vacation Rentals website.The invoice will expire in 2 buisiness days. The status will be changed back to "available" if booking deposit was not paid.
3. You will receive the second invoice for the balance of your total rental amount in 4-6 weeks after the booking deposit was paid. I will email you the boarding instructions and other helpful info after both invoices are paid in full.*

* In the event that condo is still available for rent, there is no booking deposit for rentals consumated a few days before your start date or if the rate is subject to advertised special deals. The entire balance should be paid in full within 24 hrs.
