Nicely furnished, fully-equipped Amarillo ranch with three bedrooms. Sleeps up to 6 with king, queen and 2 twin beds (comfortable Sealy mattresses, not futons or sofabeds!).  Brand new 4 seat gas cart with rain enclosures and lights for night driving included at no extra charge. High speed internet and computer make golf reservations and keeping in touch with friends and family easy!

We welcome American as well as Canadian, European and other foreign guests.  We accept checks, money orders and wire transfers for payment.

The open floor plan has a spacious living room and dining room with new carpet and volume ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar seats four and the dining room seats six. The living room has a comfortable couch and loveseat, as well as a 42 inch flat screen HDTV with expanded cable, a VCR/DVD player and a stereo system. Sliding doors lead to a screened lanai, with dinette set and large gas grill.

The split bedroom plan is a perfect set-up for more than one couple or guests. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, recliner, 32 inch TV/DVD, his and hers walk-in closets, and an enhanced master bath (with two sinks, a walk-in tiled shower, and a separate toilet room). The guest wing has a pocket door for privacy, leading to a full bath and two bedrooms (queen bed in one, two twin beds in the other). All bedrooms have large closets, dressers, nightstands, ceiling fans, cable TVs, alarm clocks and phones. The twin bedroom also has a desk with a computer, high speed internet access and a printer.

Amenities include: indoor laundry with washer and dryer; generous supply of linens, bath towels and pool towels; ceiling fans throughout; 4 cable TVs, VCR/DVD player, 2 DVD players, stereo system, 4 phones, answering machine; high speed internet, laptop computer and printer; fully equipped kitchen with all full-sized appliances, built-in microwave, toaster oven, toaster, electric can opener, blender, glasses and flatware for eight, bakeware, pots and pans; ironing board, iron, hair dryer; selection of videos and books; two full sets of golf clubs with golf bags, two bicycles, tennis racquets, pool flotation noodles; Daily Sun newspaper subscription; information notebook filled with maps, golf reservation information, restaurant menus and more (recent guests say: "The information you have provided is proving to be most useful. Great location centrally located in the Villages between the two town squares on a quiet street in the Village of Lynnhaven. Our home is a short 3 block walk to the Churchill Rec Center (family pool, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce, billiards, etc.) and the Lynnhaven adult pool. We are located within a mile from several other heated swimming pools, recreation centers, and three executive golf courses. We are a short golf cart ride to Southern Trace Shopping Plaza and Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course.

With your resident pass (one-time $50 transfer fee per pair, optional), greens fees are free on all 28 executive courses, and you will enjoy discounted rates on the ten Championship golf courses (over 500 holes total!). 

Golf Cart has 24/7 emergency golf cart service coverage in the unlikely event that you run out of a charge or have any other golf cart problems.  We want you to have complete peace of mind so you can relax and enjoy your time in the Villages! 

Unlike some other rentals, we do not charge extra for taxes or additional guests (the house comfortably sleeps 6).

The Villages is an active senior adult community.  Children are welcome for visits (up to 30 days).
