Come on down to Sebastian, home of  friendly people and six old grouches, so the saying goes.  We doubt you'll be able to find six grouches, buy we invite you to come on down and try!  Our house, newly listed and furnished, offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 

  • The master bedroom features a King size bed, your own bathroom with large garden tub and separate shower, along with a full size glass patio door, to wake you up to the relaxing pool and patio.   
  • The 2nd bedroom comes with the same gorgeous full size view of the pool and patio, as well as a queen size bed and wall to wall closet space! 
  • The third bedroom is separated from the second by the 2nd bathroom, for even more privacy.  This bedroom features an antique full size bed and armoire.

The Stonecrop House also features cable with expanded and kids programming, wireless internet, and unlimited domestic calling.  There are 3 tvs, including one on the back porch, to enjoy the pool and patio!

In Season Rates (October - May):  850 / wk

Off Season Rates (June- Sept):  650 /wk

Monthly Rates:  Off Season Monthly rates are 2,100, In Season (October - May) are 2,800. 

Additional $200 REFUNDABLE security deposit and $80 cleaning fee due with deposit. Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks upon satisfactory check-out.  $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit required for all monthly rentals. 11% tax due on all rentals less than 6 months. $50 pool heating fee applies Nov-May (if desired).

The home was exactly like described. Todd and Jennifer couldn't have been more accommodating. They were great to rent from and I would highly recommend this home, the quiet neighborhood and location, which is close to everything one could want such s beaches restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept wonderfully. We drove from upstate New York to visit family in nearby Vero Beach for my nieces and nephews 4H Club event. I was there with my daughter, her four daughters (one with a disability) and another granddaughter. we felt very safe in this friendly neighborhood. The home was supplied with all of the amenities anyone could ask for. We arrived early for the 4H Club event and not knowing the area or location of this event, the cleaning lady had us follow her there so we could find it more easily. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. It felt as if we arrived at our home away from home. I would highly recommend Stonecrop House and plan on returning in the future for a longer stay. I also love the layout of the home. As we had two families there it was almost as if it were separate quarters with the master bedroom and bath at one end of the house and the other bedrooms at the other end separated by a well equipped, bright and cheerful kitchen. Having a TV in the master bedroom was also a blessing for the younger children who could watch a movie while the older ones studied for upcoming exams in the evening. We visited Sebastian Inlet and enjoyed the museum and movie on the 1715 fleet. Our favorite beach was South Beach and the Driftwood Resort. We had lunch at Waldo's and went to the outlet mall in Vero at 95 and E. Causeway. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed seeing the peacocks strutting about. One of the neighbors told us that the one male peacock's name was Rocky. The children really enjoyed using the pool as it has been very cold up north. The backyard was very private and as I'm an early riser, I felt very comfortable sitting on the patio at 6:00 am in my pajamas. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful home, the location, the neighborhood and Todd and Jennifer. I will definitely return!!

Nice quiet house!

The house was exactly as described on the website, nice and clean. When we were there, we spent one day in Wet'n Wild, Orlando, and one day at Kennedy Space Center. The good thing is that you can go to interesting places like this, because it's not too far away (1-2 hours drive), but you also can stay in the area (away from the crowds) and enjoy the nice beaches and the wildlife (the day of our arrival, we saw a tortoise crossing the road in the neighborhood : my daughter was thrilled about it!).

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Perfect for families

The Stonecrop house was a great fit for our family of five. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house was well equipped - there were even beach chairs and goggles for the pool! The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but there are grocery stores nearby so you don't have to drive too far to get what you need. The beaches are close and Legoland is only 1.5 hours away! We all enjoyed the pool as well. The house is great and we hope to stay again soon.
