This wonderful house is your home away from home. Spacious rooms and
amazing gardens with large beautiful heated pool will make you want
to stay home all day and play. The fully fenced yard gives you total
privacy in your new found oasis.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in the den make
this home a comfortable stay for up to six guests. Living and dining
rooms and a fully appointed kitchen provide everything you need to
entertain. The backyard deck and courtyard off the pool allow you to
live outside all day, if you wish. The home sits on a spacious
10,000 sq foot lot so there is plenty of room to play and enjoy the
Florida sunshine.
This home, like our other rental homes in Seattle and Puerto
Vallarta, go far beyond your typical vacation rental home. Beautiful
designer furnishings, artwork and accessories make this home a truly
wonderful vacation spot. You have everything you need from linens,
to laundry facilities, to a complete kitchen with all utinsils and
dishes. Many people say that our rental homes are nicer than their
real homes.
You are right in the middle of all that this diverse community has to
offer. Just blocks from all the restaurants, bars, shops, etc.
The heated pool was just completed in December of 2005. New plants
have been added and the garden is beginning to fluorish bringing
birds, butterflies, squirrls and possibly even an iguana or two.
This is a great neighborhood right in the heart of Ft
Lauderdale. You are close to the beaches, shopping, Las Olas and
restaurants. It's the perfect location for your days in the sun.
