Vacation Rental Description

Everyone should experience a week at lake at sometime in their  
life.  We know you will enjoy our house as well as  
all of the memories that will be made while at Casa Lago....this is  
the perfect retreat for families and friends. 
We have a two story 3000 sq ft lakehouse within minutes from Branson  
and the surrounding area attractions.  
Water,Water Everywhere.....that's what you'll see from every angle  
of our home. 
Relaxation is all you will do while here....there is no need to  
worry about anything, because our home is fully stocked with  
anything you will need while on vacation. 
Our beautiful log home offers a retreat type setting...It is  
surrounded by beautiful trees which offer a secluded setting, yet  
you can still see the water and feel as though you are on a private  
vacation. 
The first level of our home offers a dining room and living area  
that is perfect for gathering with friends and family. As you walk  
towards the right the kitchen is next.  
It is fully equipped, including basic pantry items.  
Right off of the kitchen is a darling kitchen nook, perfect for the  
kids.  Around the corner is the first guest bedroom which is the  
perfect cottage style room.  There is one queen bed with the most  
cozy linens and quilt on it you'll never want to leave the room.   
As you open up the roman shades.....theres the sparkling blue water  
from the lake. 
The quaint guest  bathroom is just around the corner from this  
bedroom you will still have plenty of privacy. 
As you make your way upstairs...there is a custom made bar just for  
the kids.  It's a perfect area for coloring,reading, or just hanging  
out waiting for the day of fun to begin.  The laundry room is just  
next that.    
There is a hallway next across from the laundry which leads you to  
the first guest bedroom.  There is one queen bed and one full bed  
totally decorated with a charming flair.  Both beds have down  
comforters for your pampering experience. As you walk through the  
room the bathroom is located next to the room.  Again there is  
another standing shower as well as a pedestal sink. 
The Master suite is the last room at the end of the hallway.  As you  
open the french doors you will see the bed which is a contemporary  
wrought iron bed queen size and again sumptuous linens.  This is the  
only bedroom that offers a tv/dvd entertainment located in the  
armoire.  The Jacuzzi tub is on the opposite side of the room and is  
it quite the tub!!! Couples will absolutely love it.  The bathroom  
is conveniently located within the room.  It inludes a standing  
shower as well as a sink and toilet. 
We ourselves have spent many fantastic vacations here and we are  
confident that you and your families will enjoy our home as much as  
we do.

Activities and Attractions

Public boat launch is within 300ft. You can even fish from the  
surrounding paths around the water.  There are also boat rentals  
available at the State Park Marina which is almost walking distance. 
Whether you enjoy boating,shopping,or fishing, you will find that  
the best part of your vacation will be returning to our lakehouse to  
relax and enjoy the scenary 
 
Theaters,Silver Dollar City, Chateau on the Lake, Antiques,  
shopping,boating,golf,horseback riding,go karts,fishing, and so much  
more.

Vacation Rental Rates

5/25/07-9/30/07 $300 per night/1800 per week 
10/1/07-1/1/08 $1500 per week .250/pr night 
labor Day weekend, Memorial weekend  $300 per night. All rentals are  
subject to $150 cleaning fee and a $250 refundable  
security deposit. Deposit is due at time of reservation. Total  
amount due will be required within 45 days from reservation  
No pets allowed.
