Beautiful 3 bd, 2 bath, Home on canal just 5 min boat ride to charlotte harbor. three bedrooms, master bedroom has a queen and two double beds in two bedrooms. The living room has sofa, love seat, recliner, flat screen tv with basic cable. The kitchen has everything for the cook of the house. all bed wear and bath items also included. all you need is your toothbrush.

All utilities are included along with pest control and lawn care. the home is fully furnished from coffee maker to towels all needed is the toothbrush. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms,and screened in back porch, fire pit and grill out back for your injoyment, a great place to relax and watch the boats go by. Bring your own boat and tie up to dock. boat ramp with in 5 mins.
activities and attractions in Port Charlotte Gulf Coast South
Fishing in the canal from your dock or in the harbor only a 5 min boat ride away. The beach complex is also 5 mins boat or car ride with pool, beach area and lots of other activities. The cultural center, shopping center and fine dining is also with in a 5 min drive. Gulf beaches are about 20 mins, Tampa 1 1/2 hr to the north ft. myers 30 mins to the south. Punta Gorda just across the bridge with something going on all the time.
vacation rental rates
Rental rates are based on 2-4 persons. additional $10.00 per night for additional persons. rates includeds all utilities, cable, pest control and yard care other than elec bills over 250 dollars which overage paid by tenant on monthly rentals. There is a $100.00 Pet deposit if your best friend is traveling with you. Get your week in now while the fishing is good. put your boat at the dock and only 5 mins to the harbor.
