The Bobcat's Den is a multi-level, 3500 square foot unit. The first floor consists of two four-bed bunkrooms and a large slate pool table room with wet bar. Just outside the door is a new sauna house and an inviting eight-man hot tub with fabulous views of Sunday River to include the fireworks on Saturday night. There is a comfortable living room area with a gas fireplace and 62" color TV, for watching your favorite movie or sports team. There is also a laundry room on this level and a full bath.

The second (or main) floor, consists of a large open floor plan with a beautiful state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room and living room, with a huge stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings. The panoramic view of Sunday River and its beautiful surrounding mountains is breathtaking.  There is a Queen bedroom located on this floor as well as a full bath.  There is also an office space complete with Computer, printer and games. Just outside the door is a huge deck for perfect relaxation.   The top floor boasts the two beautiful master bedroom suites, both with private decks looking out on the mountains, and each with its own private bath. There is also a loft with a seating area for reading, viewing the 36" color TV, or playing Video games. Beds: two kings, 1 Queen, eight twins.
