As you enter this newly renovated and refurnished home you will be impressed by the formal dining room that overlooks the pool through the big patio doors. The ceramic tile floors found in this room extend to the kitchen and open living room as well as all the bathrooms, while the brand new carpet covers the bedrooms' flooring. The fully equipped kitchen with full size stove,  fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and all the pots and pans you need, will ensure that your family can continue to enjoy the nutritional meals they are used with.

Your family will enjoy the oversized living room with leather recliners and flat screen 46’’ LCD HD TV, perfect for evening entertainment.  The FREE WiFi will ensure that you have access to everything the internet has to offer, while the telephone with FREE North American calls ensures that you can keep in touch with the loved ones at home.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, a second TV, walk-in closet, ensuite with tub and shower, “his and hers” sinks, as well as a direct patio door to the backyard. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached bathroom with direct access to the pool.

The remaining three bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds in each room and can accommodate six people. A third bathroom is also conveniently placed in close proximity to the bedrooms.  Towels and bed linens as well as an iron and ironing board are available for your convenience. If you are travelling with young children we provide FREE use of the baby equipment (playpen/cot, highchair and stroller).

Our house comes with a double attached garage, so make sure to park your car inside, away from the hot Florida sun. The washer and dryer available in the utility room located just off the kitchen will allow you to pack light for the holiday.

Now imagine your kids playing in the large swimming pool, while you lounge in the Florida sun on the pool deck or enjoy a cool drink on the shaded patio. Parents with small children can rest in the knowledge that we have a safety fence built around the pool as well as an alarm system that will be activated (if elected) should one of the children try to exit to the pool unattended at any time.

A patio table with chairs and loungers are also available for your convenience, while a propane barbeque is ready to cook your favorite steak. Since the entire area is enclosed in a Florida Room, there are no mosquitoes or other bugs to disturb your relaxing holiday. If you feel energetic, access the community recreational park, with 150ft swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, included in your package.

The close proximity to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, the beautiful Clearwater Beach located in the Gulf of Mexico and Daytona Beach at the Atlantic Ocean, will provide entertainments for the entire family and friends. If you like a round of golf you'll be ideally positioned staying at our villa. There are over 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius including the award winning Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed Champions gate courses as well as the Orange County National Golf Centre.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. To gain access to the home you'll be given a code to the electronic lock system on the front door which will allow you access to Villa Minnie for the duration of your stay.
