Quiet Hours:  After sunset on weeknights, after 11pm Fri & Sat. 
This is a friendly family neighborhood, so if festivities are loud after quiet hours, we suggest taking a walk on the moonlit shore, or driving to the taverns in Lakeside 6 minutes away.
