Beachside Villas - Gulf-Side Condos w/Heated Pool in Seagrove Beach

A well-maintained beachside complex with terrific beach views, two
pools, tennis and more...  One of the two pools is seasonally heated via solar panels, there are two lighted tennis courts, barbecue grills, shuffle-board, a clubhouse, and is close proximity to the Scenic-30A bike path and excellent family and fine-dining restaurants and shopping. Picturesque Deer Lake State Park is just a brief walk down the beach and has 1700-acres of old, unmarked hiking trails, plus 172-acres of beach and lake areas ... the sand-dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach area.
One can surf fish from the beach and the boat ramp at Eastern Lake makes it perfect for kayak and canoe rentals.

Our 2-bedroom Units: These ground-floor condos are situated just a
short stroll from the beach access ramp and have lovely
views of the sand-dunes and glimpes of the Gulf of Mexico beyond.
The south-western exposure of these units allows for marvelous views
of the sunset.
Being ground floor units, accessibility is easy for the young and
old alike (and there is easy access to the beach via a ramp over the
dunes). These units are set one behind the other with parking in
between.
Our 3-bedroom Unit #423: The view from this second-floor unit
looks out over one of the swimming pools and the tennis courts to
the north and beach-front homes to the south. Access to the beach
ramp is approx. 100-yds.
Our 3-bedroom Unit $832: This unit is very close to the beach access
with a great westerly view of the Gulf from the large balcony. Two of
the bedrooms provide king beds and the third bedroom has two queen beds.

A section of the 30A bike path meanders through Seagrove Beach and
alongside lakes, through woodlands and beach areas. The path runs
from Blue Mountain Beach to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-
miles being off-road. This is a real fun activity for all the
family and bike rentals are available throughout 30A.

Picturesque Deer Lake State Park is just a little walk down the
beach from the condo and has 1700-acres of old, unmarked hiking
trails, plus 172-acres of beach and lake areas. The sand-dunes are
incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach area.
Grayton State Park is a few miles in the other direction and has
2000+ acres of beaches, nature trails and picnic areas.

Eden State Gardens is a short drive north on 395 and sits on Tucker
Bayou. This is a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the moss-
draped live-oaks.

One can fish from the beach or Eastern Lake and there is a boat ramp
at Eastern Lake making it perfect for kayak and canoe rentals.
Fishing charters, dolphin sunset cruises and water-sports can be
found both in Destin and Panama City Beach.

Numerous top-ranking golf courses can be found throughout the area.
Camp Creek Golf Club and Santa Rosa Golf Club are each within a few
miles east and west of the condo.

Terrific shopping and dining can be found throughout 30A and there
is an extremely good outlet mall (Silver Sands) on 98 towards Destin.
