four bedrooms and four baths. One bedroom with a queen bed is
located
on the first floor along with living area and kitchen. The second
floor includes two bedrooms with a King and Queen bed respectively.
On the third floor there is a landing area with sleeper sofa/TV room
as well as another bedroom with a queen bed.
The carriage house has one bedroom with two full beds and a seperate
game/TV room with a small kitchen and sleeper sofa with a full bath
in between the two rooms. In between the main house and cabana is a
pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees. A true paradise for people
looking to get away from it all.
Sleeps up to 18.
The person renting the house must be 25 years old or older and must
be staying in the house that is occupied by the individuals younger
than 25. The ratio of 25 years and older to younger than 25 must be
at least 1 to 6.
