Starting at $600 per week / $1500 per month

Rates for Nov - March

Starting at $900 per week / $1800 per mont

Different rates may apply for special events.

Rates are for up to four guests.  Additional rates may apply to more than four guests. 

Nightly rates also available (3 night minimum.)  2 month minimum stay may be required beginning in January or February.

Discounts applied to a stay of 3 months or more! 

Cleaning fee of $65.00 to be added to rate for stay of less than one month.

Prices include: utilities, basic cable TV and Internet access.  Unlimited long distance phone service and/or cable upgrade available for an additional charge. 

Prices do not include 12% Florida sales & tourist tax.  (Rental periods of more than six months are not subject to taxes.)
