$750 per week / $1600 per month
Nightly rates also available (3 night minimum) 
Rates are for up to two guests. Additional rates may apply to
more than two guests.
2 month minimum stay may be required beginning in January or February.
Discounts applied to for a stay of 3 months or more!  (Stay 6 months and one day and pay NO taxes!)
Cleaning fee of $65.00 to be added to rate for stay of less than one
month.
Damage deposit - amount dependent on length of stay and number of
guests. Will be refunded in full upon inspection.
