Surfside Beach, Just minutes south of Myrtle Beach in Surfside Beach

Located just outside of the crowded streets and beaches of Myrtle
Beach is our vacation home. This is a private gated community that
offers a pleasing atmosphere and fun for all.

You can relax at the indoor or outdoor pool, play tennis, basketball
and let the children have fun on the playground. The beach is
accessible through a private entrance with parking for cars and golf
carts. Golf carts are available for rental from the community
management office.

Love to sightsee and shop? Venture into Myrtle Beach and visit
Broadway at the Beach and enjoy many of the unique dining and
shopping
opportunities it has to offer. Don't miss Planet Hollywood,
Ripley's
Aquarium and much more.

After you have been on the go all day, come back to a spacious,
comfortable home. The living room is large with a sofa  and a futon that provides extra sleeping area.

The dining room seats six, with
additional seating at the kitchen bar counter. There are two
bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a set of twin beds.

Linens will be provided. Please bring your own towels and paper
products.

No Pets and No Smoking.

So leave your worries at home and spend a week at the Beach!

Air conditioning, Telephone, Cable TV, DVD player, Full Kitchen,
Dishwasher, microwave, all cooking utensils are provided, washer and dryer.  There is a community outdoor and indoor pool.

Security Deposit $150.  Security deposit will be refunded if there are no damages and the house is left clean for the next renter.
