This 2 BR, 2 Baths and Den (sleeps 4), there are ceiling fans in every room including the lanai. It is a 2nd floor bright and airy end unit with cathedral ceilings.

The master suite offers a king size bed, two walk-in closets, television, a private bath with walk-in shower and sunken tub and separate commode. The guest bedroom has twin beds, a large walk-in closet with a full bathroom just down the hall (plenty of linens available for both rooms).

The den has two leather recliners with television, VCR, VCR tapes, Verizon DSL, and an extensive book collection for those who love to read. The living area offers comfortable seating with television, DVD, Bose Stereo/CD Sound System, cable is routed throughout. Dining room has comforatble seating for four, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possible need, with a breakfast nook looking out over the front lanai.

There is a one car detached garage with an automatic garage opener equipped with a gas grill, two bikes, beach chairs and pool floats for your use.

Enjoy relaxing on the rear lanai after playing a round of golf or lounging by the pool watching the wildlife or the beautiful sunsets.

Private 18th hole championship golf course. There is a membership transfer fee of $200.00 per couple for you to enjoy the same amenities of the owner. There are nominal fees for golfing and cart rentals.

There are five heated pools with bathrooms throughout the community with one just steps away from the condo. The pool at the clubhouse also offers a hot tub. You'll also love the fitness center which offers classes weekly and water aerobics. Also available are four Har Tru tennis courts with coaching available for a fee.

Walt Disney World and Universal Studios is approximately two hours away while Busch Gardens is merely an hours drive.
