We try to be fair and keep our prices low as well as our cleaning fee. To meet the standard cleaning fee, you must throw out your trash, clean the refrigerator, and put your linens (sheets and towels) in your pillow cases and place in the bathroom tub, as well as leave the place as you found it.

Cancellation

Cancellations accepted 21 days from arrival date. Also, tropical storm or worse weather in the immediate area.
