deck area. South West facing rear aspect overlooking Pine Valley golf course with lake beyond, a truly perfect
location.
This house has been finished and furnished to the very highest standards. We work with the builder of the majority of rental homes in Rotonda and built this house so I know it is one of the absolute best homes in the area.

Shopping, jet skiing, boat rental, cinema, bowling, kayaking, shelling, state parks,
Pine Valley has the newest golf course on Rotonda. This is rumoured to be one
of the best golf courses in the Charlotte County area. This home is ideally located for the nearby beaches on
Boca Grande and Minnesota Cay, as well as the beaches on Palm Island and Don Pedro Island which are only
accessible by boat. Boat rental is easy and very popular. Shopping mal is only 10 minutes away and there are
some fantastic restaurants in very easy access. Rotonda has its own park and children’s play area just 5
minutes from home. Wild life of otter, osprey and many others are often seen on Rotonda whilst in the inter-coastal you will nearly always see dolphin and even occasionally a manatee. A perfect haven and natural paradise.
