Sleeping 9 our 1052 square foot over sized vacation condo has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in building 2 at Beachside Villas in beautiful Seagrove Beach, Florida. Our large private balcony offers spendid Gulf views with comfortable seating for the
entire family. Some spend time at the seasonally heated pool after a game of
tennis or shuffleboard but everyone goes to the beach just 55 steps from our
lovely condo!!
The fully equipped kitchen is ready to welcome your family
meeting all of your cooking needs with all utensils provided. The roomy dining
area seats 6 with 2 additional bar stools opening to the comfortable living area
with cable TV & DVD, and don't forget the Gulf breeze and views through the
glass sliding doors that open to the large well appointed private balcony. We're
stocked with fun games and books for quiet evenings or a family game night.

The master suite has a king sized bed,flat screen cable TV/DVD, walk-in
closet and a private master bath, opening to the large balcony with more
beautiful views of the Gulf!! The queen's room offers 2 queen sized beds,
walk-in closet and flat screen cable TV. The queens room adjoins to a full sized
bathroom. Our remaining bedroom has a full and twin sized beds, cable TV/DVD and
a walk-in closet.
Charming Seagrove Beach is just 20 minutes to the Destin
outlet malls or Pier Park in Panama City Beach, a perfect location to enjoy fine
or casual dining and shopping galore. Enjoy biking along the 30a trail, kayak in
the Gulf or Eastern Lake, swim in our seasonally heated pool or take a long
quiet walk along our unspoiled beach - we have something for everyone!
