Two floor fairly new house in gated community with 24 hour security, with four air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 others with full size beds , 1 Futon sofabed in the living room and 2 air matresses available if needed. including 1 fan , 2 1/2 baths, Master bedroom has a balcony and Masterbed bathroom with whirlpool , fully equipped kitchen with seperate dining area, Living room has a 52" sony flat screen LCD and a bedroom has a 43" LCD /DISH network cable. House is located 28 1/2 miles, 30 to 35 min. west of San Juan, Luis Munoz Marin International Airport Expressway 26 west to Minilla Tunnel to Expressway 22 west to Exit 31 to road 690 to Cerro Gordo. Beautiful quite getaway location.
