Our turnkey vacation rental is on a quiet cul-de-sac which backs onto a nature preserve and has a screened lanai with a spectacular view of the pool and lagoon. This lanai is perfect for starting your day or relaxing, especially after golfing, shopping, beaching or sightseeing.

This open concept unit is fully furnished and beautifully decorated – furnishings are brand new as of May 2011. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining.  Full laundry facilities are included in a separate laundry room within the unit. 

As an added benefit, the master bedroom is located on the upper floor and includes a large vanity area with double sinks, walk in closet and ensuite full bathroom with soaker tub/shower.

High speed WiFi and long distance telephone service within US, Canada and Puerto Rico are part of the package. The living room and master bedroom each have a flat screen TV, cable and DVD player.

No need to bring anything other than yourselves!  Fresh bath and beach towels, beach chair and  umbrella, linens, dishes and everything else are included.

2 large pool areas include outdoor kitchen with either gas or charcoal BBQ grills. The main club house includes a billiard room and business centre.
