Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-patio property with OCEAN VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM !
Fabulous Location, right across from path down to one of the prettiest and least crowded beaches in Orange County. The community swimming pool and spa are right behind the building as well.
FREE USE OF OUR TWO-PERSON KAYAK located in the Dana Point Marina is included with this vacation property rental!
This upgraded unit has a California King bed and a private patio that overlooks the ocean in the master, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen bed in bedroom, plus two fold outs for kids to sleep on the floor. Featuring a fully stocked kitchen, cable TV, BluRay DVD player, a phone, high speed WIFI internet, ceiling fans, full sized washer/dryer in the unit, gas BBQ (however, we don't promise there will be propane in the tank) and 2 ocean view patios.
The community of Niguel Beach Terrace is located at the bluff, with walking access down to the beach (at the north side of the parking lot). There is a lovely swimming pool and spa, plus a separate more private spa.
Walk down to the beautiful Strands / Salt Creek Beach from this lovely 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 patio, ground floor unit in Niguel Beach Terrace. Sorry, this is a NO PETS ALLOWED property. We do have other units that allow well behaved dogs with private yards.

Walk from your condo down to the beautiful sandy beaches, or take the Funicular down to the sand. Holidays are booked at the June summer rate.
Extra days over a week will be prorated at the lower prorated daily rate. Stays of 14+ days receive a 10% discount.
