Our luxury villa is located on the prestigious Bella Vida gated resort in Kissimmee, only 10 minutes from Disney.
Bella Vida is a tranquil haven nestled in a natural Floridian landscape incorporating mature trees and waterways, and yet it's only 2 minutes from a 24 hour Walmart superstore and the bustling 192 highway with it's wide choice of restaurants and shops.

6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, (plus a further half bath internally and a pool bathroom) make this 4,184 sq ft (including game room) home the biggest new home you can rent in the Disney area.
The downstairs of the home incorporates a front and rear lounge, fully fitted large open plan kitchen, two dining areas along with a seperate breakfast bar, game room with pool and air hockey tables, a half bathroom, and a private pool & spa with external bathroom and outdoor shower.
The upstairs incorporates 4 double bedrooms (all en suite) and two twin bedrooms with adjoining Jack & Jill bathroom, along with a comfortable seating area.
The property is fully air-conditioned.
Only 10 minutes to Disney and 2 minutes from shops and restaurants, including a 24 hour Wal-Mart superstore.
Our home has free wireless internet throughout, hair dryers in each bathroom, flatscreen TV's in every bedroom, and all towels and linen are provided.
A washer, dryer, ironing board and iron are also provided for use by our guests.
The rear lounge has a large flatscreen TV with cable and DVD player.
The outdoor pool overlooks a large 15 acre lake that is surrounded by shrubbery, providing a natural haven for Florida's extensive wildlife.
