This three story contemporary geodesic dome beach front home has a full unobstructed view of the bay and Todos Santos Island. Master bedroom and bath, Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs for the two bedrooms, half bath for the main floor and a full bath for the maid's quarters area. All bedrooms have terraces that overlook the always green gardens, warm sands and blue ocean. Privacy and security provided by a fully surrounded, artisan placed stonework wall topped with planters. Access is through a solid electrically controlled driveway door. Wide exterior stairs provide access to the kitchen area entrance or the front terrace entrances. Spiral staircases between floors provide access inside the home. Interiors are mainly American clear heart redwood, with light colored Mexican and Spanish ceramic tile and Pergo flooring. A sturdy protective seawall separates the garden from the sand.

Don Fidel, the grounds caretaker works Monday through Saturday from 8AM to 5PM and is available to help make your stay more enjoyable. The house is equipped with a full size American style kitchen (sorry, no dishwasher), fully stocked high efficiency wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer. Bottled water is included. You can comfortably park four cars in the driveway or two in the garage. Go ahead and use the surfboard to catch some waves. If you like pets, you'll love Bali and Mamba; our two black labs and part of our night time "security system". You decide if you want them around in the daytime or in their pen. They'll love you for putting them on a leash and taking them on your romantic walks on the beach. Hi-Def Direct TV, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price. We trust that you will take care of our home as you would yours, so we do not ask for security or utility deposit. We do ask for a $100 cleaning deposit. There is no smoking on the property. If there is anything special that you need, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are right in the middle of the bay, so you can walk north along the coastal boulevard to Ensenada and reach all the highly rated eateries and nightlife or you can walk south along the miles of clean beaches. If you play golf, you can take the drive to Bajamar (north) or to the Baja Country Club (south). There are horseback riding and ATV rentals within walking distance. Wine country tours, surfing, tennis, sailing, whale watching....we can tell you where to go too. We realize that you are coming to rest and do nothing, but being locals, we can recommend a place for almost anything you might desire.

Everything mentioned in the property description and amenities is included in the rate. Minimum rates are from November 1 through February 28. Maximum rates are from March 1 through October 31. Cancellation fee (half rental rate) applies if not cancelled within one week of check in date.
