When you reserve more than 60 days in advance, 50% of the total
rental fee is required as a refundable deposit at the time of
reservation. The balance of the rental fee plus the
cleaning fee are due not less than 60 days prior to the check in
date.
The security deposit required is 50% of the total rental fee and
will be refunded within two weeks after check out unless damages or
other costs need to be deducted.
