May - November: $2,500/month

• All fees in U.S. dollars and are subject to 11.5% Florida Sales and Use Tax/County Sales Tax.
• $1,000.00 security deposit due upon booking.
• Minimum 3 month rental during high season and minimum 1 month rental during low season. Minimum rental periods may be reduced for specials as indicated.
• Rental fees are due the 1st of each month (post-dated checks).
• $125.00 departure cleaning fee (to be deducted against the security deposit).
