Kokomo, on a secluded pink sand beach - Eleuthera Island in Bahamas

Kokomo on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas is a large
confortable home right on a secluded pink sand beach. It has two
bedrooms with king size beds, the third bedroom has twin beds and
bunk beds. It is set up like two apartments so two couples can be
together yet have some privacy. There are two kitchens, one faces
the beach, the second faces the road. Both kitchens are fully
equipped with stoves, ovens, microwaves, coffeemakers, dishes, pots
and pans, etc. The beach kitchen has a dishwasher. There is laundry room with a washer and dryer near the 2nd kitchen. All linens,
including beach towels are provided. A huge deck looks out over the
turquoise ocean and beach. On the deck there are table & chairs for dining,
comfortable lounges for sunning and lots of furniture for relaxing.
A lower shade deck with hammocks, more dining table & chairs,
lounges, etc.

Fully air conditioned, satellite TV, DVD,VCR with big library of tapes, CD
Player, Cassette Player, Telephone, DSL Internet Connection. Game room with full size pool table. Lots of games, books, etc.   Snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, skim board, many flotation items. Several kayaks, (2-man and 1-man) a small sail boat, life vests. Bicycles. Volley ball area.

Weekly maid service provided. Daily available.

Fantastic snorkeling right in front of the house. Many beautiful
reefs within easy swimming distance. Good swimming too!
Kayaking. Explore the beautiful island, many interesting things to
see and do. Catch lobster & fish cook them on the gas grill in the
court yard or on the big charcoal grill in the side yard. Small
grocery stores 1-1/2 to 2 miles away. Restaurants a short drive
away. Very friendly safe island.
Get here fast then take it slow. Once you are here, you won't want
to leave.

50% deposit is required to reserve a week, balance due 45 days prior to
arrival, (60 days for Christmas or New Years' weeks). Deposit is fully
refundable up to 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas or New Year's weeks.
