It's time to hit the beach because the Surf's Up!  This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, top floor condo is located on the ocean front in the popular Carolina Surf building.  Enter the condo and immediately to your left is bedroom 1 with a queen bed and half bath.  To your right is bedroom 2 and it offers a trundle bed and bunk bed set that is perfect for the kids.  There is also a full bath just down the hall.  Continue through the condo and find the newly updated kitchen.  Any meal can be prepared in a snap in this full kitchen, complete with wine cooler and bar seating.  The kitchen easily flows to the dining area, with plenty of seating at the table and bar, and into the large living area.  In the living area, relaxing is a breeze in the plush leather furniture.  Kick your feet up and take in the views of the ocean or enjoy family movie night.  The 40' flat screen TV and stereo should keep everyone entertained when they are not hitting the waves.  Just off the living area is the master suite.  It offers a king size bed, a full bath, and great views of the ocean.  From the living area or the master bedroom, enjoy the large covered, ocean front porch with furniture that overlooks the beach and community pool.  Want to catch the rays but not get sandy?  Well head up the stairs from the porch and step out onto the large sundeck on the roof!  Here you can enjoy commanding views of the ocean and beach without ever leaving the condo.  When it's time to hit the beach, take the elevator down and walk out on the private beach access boardwalk.  There is even a private community pool that is perfect for when it's too windy for the beach.  Located near the heart of Carolina Beach, walking to great restaurants and shopping is a snap on the "Boardwalk".   Call today to make your reservation for Surf's Up

All rates are taxed at 13%

$50.00 processing fee for each reservation

All reservations are offered optional Travel Insurance

All reservations require a security deposit of $500.00 to guard against damages. Or you may purchase a Security Deposit Protection Plan for $39.00 in lieu of the $500.00 Security Deposit.

When a reservation is made, a lease will be mailed out and must be returned signed along with initial payment. Payment may be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Credit Cards.
