The condo has 2 beautiful bedrooms with pillowtop mattresses, each with a full private granite and tile bath attached, one with a double whirlpool tub and walk in shower, the other tub/shower combo.  Soft luxurious and high thread count linens provided.  Each bedroom has a tv, dresser and closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with table service to every food prep tool you need and has granite countertops with stainless appliances. It overlooks the dining room with amazing views.

The living area has tons of space, comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, lots of movies and games to enjoy.  Contemporary modern decor and original artwork make this a one of a kind stay.

CiTY: Restaurants, shopping and over 100 live theatre and music shows are just 10 minutes away in Branson, MO. Silver Dollar City has many major events through the year and offers large amusement rides and coasters.   White Water Park offers lots of water rides.   Mini golf, cars, museums abound in town.   Truly something for everyone.   Branson Landing has water fountains and fireworks with outdoor concerts, dining and shopping galore.

• We can sleep 38+ at the View of Emerald Pointe in 6 individual 2 & 3 bedroom condos.

Pet Friendly / Allergen Free

• Pets: Limit 1 pet, must be less than 25 lbs.
• Pet fees are $10 per night, must be an approved pet.
• We have both pet friendly and allergen freeproperties if this one does not suit your needs.

Cancellation Policies

• Up to 60 days in advance, there is a $100 relisting fee.
• Between 59 days and 21 days you forfeit first installment, within 3 weeks you forfeit full amount unless we are able to rebook the full stay and amount and consider further refunds.
• Additional cancellation policies may apply to bookings of 3 or more units, please inquire.
• If you are concerned, we recommend trip insurance.
