LaHacienda Haven in Indian Rocks Beach

This lovely ranch style home is located on the barrier island of Indian Rocks Beach which is one of the best beach locations on the west coast of Florida.  This three bedroom two  bath spacious ranch has everything you need for a great vacation , either weekly, monthly or seasonaly!  The living room is spacious and adjacent to the  dining room  and the charming enclosed  sunroom overlooking the beautiful yard and canal. french doors lead from the sunroom to the covered back patio that has dining table & chairs and a gas grill. as well as a charcoal grill if preferred.  The circle driveaway offers plenty of parking in this quiet, friendly neighborhood. The large fenced back yard overlooks our wide, deep canal which accesses the Intercoastal Waterway.  There are plenty of various fruit trees for you to sample. 

 This neighborhood is great to walk, bike or just sit and enjoy the atmosphere.  A short walk or ride to the neighborhood sandy beach is enjoyed by all, anytime.  The trolly can pick you up on Gulf Blvd. and take you as far south as Passagrille or north to Clearwater Beach.   Great shopping  and all types of restaurants are nearby too.  Our neighborhood also has its own boat ramp and dog park.  Your pet is welcome and will enjoy the spacious yard.. 

This 1600sf house has a master bedroom with a king size bed & private bath, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds & the third bedroom has a full size bed.  The large guest bath with tub & shower is off the main hall.  All linens & towels are provided.  The spacious eat-in kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, microwave & coffee maker. The single car garage has waher, dryer & tub. The CHA & fans keep this house comfortable all the time. A sauna is on the back porch.  The bay breeze  is very enjoyable too.

We have a tv with dvd in the living room and a tv in the sunroom.  Cable tv, local phone and wireless internet is provided. 

There are many activites  and attractions here!  Visit the beach, restaurants, museums. Great shopping on and off the beach, golfing, football, baseball, bowling, skateboarding, fishing, biking, kayaking, prasailing,   Disney World!  We have it all! Just ask.

January-April:  $1600 per week; $5000 per month
May-August:     $1400 per week; $4350 per month
*September-*December: $1200 per week; $3750 per month 
*Thanksgiving & Christmas weeks $1600 per week

12% tax
$100 pet fee
$150 cleaning fee

Terms: $500 to reserve/$500 security;full payment due 30 days prior to checkin.
Check-in is 3pm Saturday & Check-out is 10am Saturday (Special arrangements can be made to work with your arrival & departure)
