Welcome to our East Hampton heavenly home. This two story, 2000 sf home is located on a beautiful, wooded, fenced & gated private property that backs up to a natural reserve.  Once you close the gates and enter this spacious , bright & airy home you will appreciate the well planned layout & charm of this hidden location.  Skylights & windows enhance the many rooms of fun & liveable spaces. Looking out thru the living room, sun room or master bedroom windows & doors you will fall in love with the spectacular pool & deck. The natural reserve background is full of  lush plants & flowers.  On the spacious deck we have a gas grill & outside dining furniture & chaise lounges. This outside area will provide endless hours & days of fun & relaxation for you & your family & friends. Your pet is welcome & will surely enjoy the open spaces on our property.

This 3 bedroom/2.5bath home has wood floors throughout & tile bathrooms. It has a spacious split plan w/2 bedrooms & full bath upstairs.The first & main floor includes the master bedroom w/bath & the guest 1/2 bath. Also on the first floor is the charming & contemporary living room with cathedral ceiling, large fireplace & mantel & comfortable furniture.The adjacent dining room has seating for ten;  Privacy doors lead to the adjacent library/media room. A private enclosed sun room is adjacent to the library & also has access to the back deck. This flowing layout offers lots of areas to enjoy conversation, reading, games, tv/movies & private time for everyone.

We have a great, spacious kitchen complete with granite counters & stainless appliances: refrigerator /gas stove/coffee maker/dishwasher. This eat-in kitchen has lots of natural light by day thru the lovely windows  that overlook the lush landscaping outside.  What a great way to start the day!      

Our bright and airy home is fully furnished. All linens and supplies are provided.  We have all necessary appliances, CHA, TV & DVD, Wi-Fi & local  telephone service. Also provided is a wsher & dryer ( in basement).    A gas grill is located outside on the deck/pool area with a table/chairs/umbrella & chaise lounges, etc.    We also have a completely fenced property with privacy gates. This is truly a beautiful vacation spot.
 

This house is a short one mile walk  or ride to the bay;  a seven minute drive puts you in the village for lots of shopping & dining & entertainment; A short ride takes you to the beaches & marinas & the Atlantic Ocean; A ten minute drive takes you to Sag Harbor or Amagansett.
