Located exactly one mile above Sunset on Laurel Canyon Blvd, This Fully furnished, LITE AND BRITE, Cozy, lower apt has one bedroom with a queen size bed, European cotton linens, and feather pillows. There are two wall sconces for reading and a remote control fan for your comfort.
The living Room/Dining room has Recessed lighting, A/C, 96" sofa, a table and chairs for dining/and can serve as a desk, high speed internet, and premium cable.
The Kitchen has a smaller stainless refrigerator and no stove, but we have made it the finest kitchenette in town. There is a hot plate, electric frying pan, toaster oven, Bodum Coffee Press, George Foreman Grill, and Microwave oven. There are dishes, silverware, glasses, and wine glasses (For Four), as well as cooking knives and utensils, cutting board, serving pieces and storage pieces for food.
The bathroom has a stand up shower (with EXCELLENT water pressure), full set of awesome towels, and plenty of storage space.
There are 3 NICE SIZE closets in the apartment.
Tenant will have the front yard for reading or sunning, which has been completely re-landscaped, and also will have access (with landlord approval) to use the backyard with grill (pictured here) for a small gathering.

The Sunset Strip is exactly one mile down the hill from the house. The Laugh Factory, Comedy Store, Chateau Marmont are all just a 5 minute drive.
Famous Mulholland is a short drive up. Hiking trails galore!
