On a quiet street a few blocks from the Eastern Market Metro station, an easy 10-minute walk from the U.S. Capitol Building, ideally located close to the Library of Congress, U.S. Supreme Court, National Mall and Smithsonian Museums. Visitors can take the local subway to the Nationals Baseball Stadium and other parts of the city. High-speed Internet access, unlimited local & long distance calling, Cable TV, stereo and a private garden.

The Master Suite sleeps 2 in a queen bed and has a private full bathroom with a corner jacuzzi bath. The Sun room with its own full bathroom doubles as the second bedroom and has a double bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people. The living room has a sofa, which sleeps 1 person, and a futon bed, which sleeps 2. Fully equipped with all linens, bedding and towels.
Air Beds are provided upon request.
There are 2 full bathrooms in the house. The Master Bathroom on the upper level features a corner Jacuzzi bath, a washer and dryer in the corner closet, and a built-in TV set. The second contemporary marble bathroom is a full bathroom located on the main level of the house. Towels provided.

The house is located on Capitol Hill at the intersection of 10th St & Constitution Ave, NE. The neighborhood has excellent transport links & the location is very convenient for the Eastern Market Metro Station which is only a few blocks away. Most conveniently there is a Metro Bus Service on the same block as the house which goes directly to Union Station in the heart of Washington, DC. Union Station is the major station from which you can commute anywhere in the city, in fact, if you wish to you can day trip to New York in just 3 hours on a regular train service from there. If you want to take a trolley tour of DC you can do it from Union Station as well. The bus on the same block as the house also goes through picturesque Georgetown. Georgetown has a wonderful waterfront area & very good historic walks, dining & upscale shopping. From the house itself, you can walk to the historic Eastern Market, the Library of Congress, Capitol Building & a great variety of museums in just 10-15 min.
