Need additional space for family or friends? No problem. Rent the adjoining condo Unit 403. With the two units you can sleep 8. An exterior door in the hallway allows you to close off the hallway from the unit doors, giving you the option to leave both condo doors open while being fully secluded and securely locked in. A 10% discount applies to the rates when both units are rented together.

Peak Season – $150-$225/night, $950-$1500/week, $2850-$4500/month
Add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, and a $50 nonrefundable damage waiver, $100 cleaning fee, and 11% tax to the above rates. All Utilities are included.
