The Master Suite is spacious with a charming sitting area and large private master bath. The guest room has a couch that gives the room a modern feel for sitting, reading or playing games. The couch can easily convert to a bed with a lovely topper for quality comfort. You will a enjoy a library, spacious family/dining area, cozy family room w/fireplace and kitchen with a wrap around bar. Also included is a hobby room, laundry w/two-car garage. The home sits on a extended large private lot that is well maintained. There is a small back patio and off to the side is a beautiful gazebo covered patio with gorgeous views of the mountains. You will enjoy 2 club houses, 3 pools and 3 golf courses. The clubhouse has tennis courts and exercise rooms.

$2100.00 Rate is for the Months of June through August. $2900.00 is for the months of September through May.  Minimum stay 2 weeks.

Rates are for one or two persons. Max of four people are allowed. There is a $75.00 per person charge per week for the third person or fourth person.
There is a $600.00 security deposit wiht a $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Pets are negotiable may require an additional non-refundable cleaning fee. 

Cancellation Policy:

We want your stay to be as memorable as possible and we take great care in making everything perfect for your vacation. Please keep in mind while we hold you a reservation, other guests are being turned away. If you have to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

• For cancellations made 6 months or more prior to arrival date, we will refund 50% of your deposit.  
• For cancellations made less than 4 months prior to arrival date, no security deposits will be refunded.

All utilities including internet and local calls are free.
