The distinctive yellow house sits atop a hill and has a private yard and a large deck for soaking up the sun. The house is a short walk to the beach as it is just one block from the beach access point.

The main floor features an open kitchen and a large dining room with a table that seats 8. There is a large living room with a wood fireplace and a cable TV that is the perfect place for getting the whole group together for games and other family fun and there is a sun room that extends off the living room where you get nice ocean views at one end. The views are partially obstructed by a large tree in the neighbor's backyard but the tree also provides nice shade and privacy. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor as well. The master bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen.

The upper level features an open loft space with three twin beds and another private bedroom with three twin beds so it is a great space for all of the kids to get together.

The house is located on the north side of Rockaway Beach and on the west side of Highway 101 so there is easy, safe beach access for the family and you can also walk to the many shops and restaurants in town. Rockaway Beach is a great family oriented town that has an arcade, an old fashioned locomotive and the famous Twin Rocks.
