the year, Jan-April 2009, still have some availability. 
 
We invite you to experience the tropics-inspired beach retreat that awaits you.   
Great for family fun or romantic getaways for couples.  It's a relaxing  
vacation and business travel destination. Just right also for re-location and  
visiting family needs.   
 
Featuring a spacious 1100 sq. ft. layout, there are 2 bedrooms and 2  
full bathrooms.  One bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, TV, a  
full bath with linen closet.   
 
The other bedroom has 2 twin beds, a walk-in closet, a full bath with  
linen closet, cd player.  For all your needs, there is a folding cot,  
and a baby crib and high chair upon request ($15.fee).   
 
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher & water filter.   
There is seating for 3 at the bar-counter.  The dining table has  
seating for 4. The well-appointed living room has a sofa, loveseat, 2  
chairs, cable TV with DVD/VCR.  Everything you need to feel at home. 
 
Enjoy breakfast in the pleasant morning sunlight on the screened  
balcony overlooking a peaceful, tropical garden.   
 
Every evening, stroll down to the private beach, conveniently located  
50 yards away.  Have a seat on one of the benches or at a tiki table  
for an amazing panoramic vista of each unique sunset. Observe  
sailboats, shore birds, and the occasional dolphin and manatee.   
 
A nature reserve borders the north side of the property.  Truly a  
relaxing, peaceful setting.  
 
There are 2 pools, one of which overlooks the beach along with the  
gazebo-shaded jacuzzi and small putting green.  The tennis and  
racquet ball courts, young children's playground, bbq and picnic  
area, and laundry room are located by the other pool which is right next to the condo. 
 
Located within easy access to the top 2 of the 10 best U.S.  
beaches: Fort Desoto, and Pass-A-Grille of St. Pete Beach, just 8  
minutes away. 
 
Twin Brooks Golf Course (public) is just 5 minutes from the condo.  A 1-day complimentary pass is  
available from Isla del Sol Golf course. 
 
A Guide Book of all our favorites places to share with you is on the  
counter.  There is a collection of brochures to use while you explore  
the area.
