This spacious 4 bedrooms plus a loft and 2 bathrooms house can comfortably accommodate 10-12 people. It has a roomy loft upstairs with a twin size sofa bed, and 4 nicely furnished bedrooms (Main Floor: Bedroom 1 with one king bed, Bedroom 2 with one queen bed, Full bathroom, 2nd Floor: Bedroom 3 with one bunk bed (twin-over-twin) and one double bed, Bedroom 4 with one bunk bed (twin-over-double), Full bathroom. In summary, the 4 bedrooms can comfortably accomodate 11 people and the additional pull-out sofa can accomodate 1 more guest.

This is a perfect location for the nature lovers in a secluded and quiet spot, but still you are in within walking distance (maybe some 20 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive) of the Main Street.

Payment Details

All rates are in US Dollars, payable by Check, Credit Card or PayPal. Weekly rental is based on 7 nights minimum stay.

Cleaning Fee is $150 per stay. Additional charge of $50 per pet and per stay as a "Pet Cleaning Fee". Minimum stay in winter and summer seasson is 3 nights.


Our Policy
Our policy is "first come - first served" regrdles of the duration of the stay. The house can not be reserved until the security deposit and full payment is paid. The full payment must be made in full 3 months (6 months for Special Event) before the vacation start. If not paid by in full by that time your vacations can be cancelled following the Cancellation rule.

Reservation and Security Deposit
The Owners will send an electronic invoice for the rent Security Deposit via email in the amount specified in the email. Only upon the payment of the invoiced amount the reservation will be made on behalf of the guest.

Cancellation
The cancellation by the guest with a warning of 3 months (6 months for Special Event) or more prior to the beginning of the stay, implies that the deposit will be returned to the client in full amount minus the "cancellation fee" of $100 ($200 for Special Event). If the cancellation is made with less than 3 months (6 months for Special Event) prior to the beginning of the stay, these further payments will be made 50% of the agreed rental price. The guests will not have the right to any reimbursement if they interrupt the holiday and leave before the established departure date.

Return of Security Deposit
Release of the rent deposit is subject to the provisions of State Statues and as follows:

• No damage or deterioration to the premises, building(s), or grounds is evident.
• The entire dwelling, appliance, closets and cupboards, are clean and left free of insects, the refrigerator is clean, and all debris and rubbish has been removed from the property; the carpets are cleaned and left odorless.
• All keys have been returned.
• The rent deposit will be returned to the clients no later than 7 days after the clients have vacated the property.
