"Cottage on the Green" at Tan Tar A! Indoor Waterpark! in Osage Beach

This property is geared to "FAMILIES" and "MATURE ADULTS Only".  

You must be at least 30 years of age to rent this property.

This is our home at Lake of the Ozarks. It is located in Tan Tar A Estates. It sits right on the #4 green of Hidden Lakes Golf Course. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home.

OR you may rent as a 1 bedroom suite.  

The home has been remodeled and beautifully decorated. Located on a cul de sac and just a short drive from one of two community pools. Lake access and most of Tan-Tar-A Resort amenities are available.   The home can easily house more than one family with several children. It has one master bedroom with two queen beds, one bedroom with two queen beds and a third bedroom with 2 full size beds. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom.
Our home has a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes are all furnished.
There are two covered porches and one uncovered patio. The large covered patio off the living room has a table, chairs and large gas grill.
The living room has an HD flat screen TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have a TV. The third bedroom has Super Nintendo and many board games for your enjoyment. There is parking for 3 cars.  There is a electric fireplace.

This is a non-smoking and no pets home!

If the house is left damaged, smoked in, has items missing, or excessively dirty, an additional fee will be charged to your credit card.

Some Tan Tar A Resort amenities can be included in your vacation experience (for extra $$). Here is what the resort has to offer: Miniature golf, bowling, arcade, fast food restaurants, two five star restaurants, golf cart rentals, indoor waterpark, horseback riding, spa, boat rental, jet ski rentals, parasailing, Tropic Island Cruises.

There are two pools available for your use (seasonal) free of charge. 

The home sits on the #4 green of Hidden Lakes Golf Course which is a public 9 hole course nestled in the estates.  Less than 3 miles away you can find 2 more public golf courses that each have an 18 hole golf course for your enjoyment.

Very close by you will find fine dining, fast food, grocery stores, antique shops, shopping malls, live theatre, and cinemas. Still need more. . .Osage Beach offers fun for the entire family with state parks, hiking, caves, picnic areas, natural springs, and the very best Missouri has to offer.  Big Surf Water Park is only 5 minutes from your front door with a days worth of fun for the entire family!

We do not provide daily housekeeping however cleaning is available for an additional charge. Some guests choose a mid-week clean during their weekly vacation.

Full Clean Package

A deposit via credit card is required to confirm a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:  No refund of deposit if cancellation is within 30 days of reservation.  If cancellation is prior to 30 days, a refund less a $25.00 service fee will apply.  If cancellation is within one week of reservation, you will be responsible for the entire rental amount.
