This lovely complex is in the highly desirable quiet South End area of Marco Island. It is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, located on the famous Collier Boulevard. It is on the fourth (4) floor of five (5) with an elevator and less than a 4 minute walk to our lovely beach. Yes, for your convenience a collapsible light beach carriage is available. A security deposit of 250.00 is required and returned. The rental price includes state and county taxes,as well as cleaning. This elegantly decorated living room has a pull-out queen sofa-bed; cable TV. It leads to a screen in lanai with table and chairs. The master bedroom has
a queen-size bed with a private bathroom - dual sinks;large shower;walk-in closet, phone with
answering machine and new flat screen TV. The guest bedroom is completely refurbished with twin beds, mattresses, night stand, chest of drawers and freshly painted as of1 12/07. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV. A bathroom with tub and shower is located next to this bedroom. This condo sleeps five comfortably. All bed linens and bath towels are included. A full kitchen equipped with all appliances including microwave, stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, new dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, new garbage disposal and phone.

To enjoy the miles of the beach an umbrella, beach towels, chairs, & cart are available to enjoy the day and the magnificent sunsets. If you prefer,a heated pool with bathroom are available, as well as tennis courts are on the complex.

One of our favorite seafood restaurants is Pelican Blend, located on Isles of Capri located on your right just before the bridge to the island.....absolutley scrumpcious and ask for Captain Mike for the best fishing. A five (5) minute walk to the some of the island's restaurants for all budgets and gourmet tastes, shopping in nearby outlets,as well as special boutiques. There is para-sailing, windsurfing, boating, must and many golf courses near by. There is also an airport just off island for those who love to fly.The Everglades are available to explore. If you wish a trip to explore off island, it is only 20 minutes to Naples and other beaches. An excursion cruise is available for a trip to historic Key West,as well as dinner cruises from the Marco Island marina. A 50 minute drive directly south from Fort Myers Airport (RSW) to our front door.
Fishing on Marco IslandMarco Island Florida - lies in the midst of some of the world's best game fishing waters. Angling in the vicinity of two of the artificial reefs - each a mile by a half mile in size - built in 20 feet of water a mile offshore and in 30 feet of water about 5 miles out, has met with great success. Tarpon, Snook, grouper, Kingfish, Mackeral, Redfish, Sheepshead, Pompano and shark are among the many different species of fish caught in these waters. No visit to Marco Island Florida would be complete without sampling some the seafood found on the local menus.
