Watch incredible sunsets, see dolphins and manatees play or watch the parade of boats sail by from your private, quiet and spacious balcony. Dock your boat and fish from the private fishing dock. Play Tennis, shuffle board, horseshoe, and the putting green. Cross the street to the beautiful white sand beach, or enjoy the newly renovated and heated pool and hot tub. Walk to restaurants, shops, salons, pubs and enjoy discounted minature Golf at Smuggler's Cove right next door. Or just sit and relax in this beautifully decorated and appointed condo.
The unit is spacious with over 1,050 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have new flat screen TVs, DVD players and stereo. Furniture, bedding and towels are also new. We provide putters, golf balls, tennis raquets and balls, beach cart, towels, umbrella, beach chairs and beach games. You will find Indian Shores to be a less crowded area with Clearwater only a few minutes away.
