Lake House on Cayuga Lake in Cayuga Lake

     Our year-round Lake House is approximately 1600 square feet and is right on the water.  It has a good sized kitchen and a dining area with a table and 6 chairs.  There is additional indoor eating space on barstools at the island.  There is a spacious living room with a reclining couch and a loveseat.  The living room also includes a small desk and there is wi-fi in the house.  A glass french door with a large window on each side opens up to a deck which overlooks the water.  On the deck is a gas grill and a table that seats 6. 

     Upstairs, there are three good sized bedrooms (each with a window air conditioner) and a full bath with a tub/shower combo.  The large landing area upstairs (loft) doubles as a fourth bedroom space with a futon.  In the basement there is a washer and dryer, plenty of room for storing your fishing supplies and a half bath.  Large doors facing the water open to a brick patio under the deck. 

     Outside, you can relax in a chair while the kids swim.  At night you can enjoy s’mores as you sit around the campfire in the fire pit. 

     Our house is a wonderful place for a family to enjoy some time together and create special memories.

Minutes from the town of Seneca Falls. The quaint town that many believe was the inspiration for the fictional town of Bedford Falls in the movie "It's a Wonderful Life".

Approximately a mile from the public boat launch at Cayuga Lake State Park.

Several nearby golf courses including Seneca Falls Country Club (open to the public).

Approximately half an hour from Taughannock Falls State Park.

Minutes from the Montezuma National Wildlife Reserve.

The lake house is currently available for weekly Saturday to Saturday rental during the months of August and September. Our current weekly rate for summer 2013 is $1500.

$300 security deposit and signed contract required at the time of reservation.  If you are bringing pets an additional $200 pet deposit is required.  The deposit is refundable provided the house is left in the same condition as when you arrived. 

Check in time is 3:00 and check out time is 11:00.
