It's a very active 55 plus community with many social events to keep you busy and having fun. This home comes with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible including a golf cart. Is is only 30 minutes from the air port, and not far from Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Lovers Key and Fort Myers Beach. It is very close to shopping, has many restaurants in the area and a pub right on the premisis.

Pine lakes has an 18 hole executive golf course, an olympic sized pool with a hot tub, lit tennis courts, shuffel board courts, exercise room, beautiful club house and a pub/restaurant. The house is fully eqiupped with all cooking utensils, appliances, dishes neeeded and linens.It has central air, washer, dryer and outdoor grill on the patio.There is an attached garage to fit your car as well as the golf cart. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels.There is cable TV and wireless internet available. There are many beautiful full length public golf courses right in the area.

Mid Season-September,October, November,December and May-$1,500 per
Discount for six month rental
$500.00 per week during off season
The following fees apply $500 refundable security deposit
50% deposit is required at contract and the balance due 30 days prior to rental date.
$75.00 cleaning fee
Registration fee for approval for background from Homeowners association.
11% state and local tourist tax if stay is under 6 months
