2 Bed/Bath Condo Close to Beach in Destin

Our weekly rates represent our "Pay For 6 Nights, Get One Free" price.
Our unit, #7203, sleeps 1-6 people (Queen, two twin beds and a
Queen sleeper sofa). Full kitchen with microwave, range, oven
and fullsize refrigerator. We have a new washer and dryer in the
unit as well as High Speeed Internet, cable, 2 TVs, a VCR/DVD, DVD,
and a telephone. Plenty of linens. Very comfortable and "homey".
In the Beachwalk corner area of the famous Sandpiper Cover resort in
Destin, this beautiful, recently upgraded 2 BR unit is just across
the street (about a 100yds) from the beach located near the newest
and largest pool, the 3 hot tubs, putting greens, security house,
restaraunt/marina and has a front view of the duck pond. We just
updated it with glasstop range/oven, microwave, refrigerator,
washer, dryer, flooring, paint, etc.... Looks great! We have high
speed internet access for all guests. You can easily walk to the
beach or use the beachside parking. The resort is also on the harbor
and the complex has 43 acres and numerous free amenities to the
guests, some of which include the 6 tennis courts (3 lighted), shuffleboard, horseshoes, and FREE par-3 golf course.
Housecleaning is provided prior to check-in and upon checkout.

Five swimming pools & 3 hot tubs (right behind our unit) in complex.
Private beach with Pavillion & Snack Bar/Grill. A nine
hole Par 3 Golf course located within complex is free to all
renters plus six tennis courts, 3 of which are lighted, shuffleboard,
horeshoes and plenty of gated space to wander. Dock for fishing and
boating and an award winning on site fine dining restaurant are all
located on grounds.
Destin has several grocery stores within 1 mile, a Target (1/4 mile) and WALMART for last
minute items, and several churches including Sunrise Services on the
Beach!

Enjoy all activities within Sandpiper Cove as well like kayaking,
fishing and snorkeling in beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Kids will also enjoy The Track Amusement Park and Big Kahuna Water
Park within a mile of the condo. The new Target and Starbucks are
across the street. The famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall is located
within 5 miles, as well as several other shopping areas. Minature
Golf/Movie Theaters and several excellent restaurants in immediate
area. Excellent deep sea fishing and scuba diving/snorkelling
excursions and dolphin sight seeing tours leave from Destin harbor
just 5 minutes from condo.

Mar 19-May 20 . $162.50/night $ 975.00/week, 3 night minimum.
May 21-Sep 11 ................ $ 995.00/week, 1 wk min, Sat-Sat only
Sep 12-Nov 01 . $135.00/night $ 800.00/week, 3 night minimum.
Nov 02-Mar 20 . $125.00/night $ 750.00/week, $1000.00/month,
or $875.00/month for stays of 2.5 months or more.

Plus FL 11% tax and cleaning fee of $60.
Credit cards accepted for $250 deposit only.
