The usual renting season is from May through October, renting from Saturday to Saturday at $475 to $525 per week.
Check-in time is 2 pm, check-out is 9 am.
Due to Michigan state law, smoking is not allowed in any of the rental units.
Cottages 1,2,3,4 & 7 have three bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. (See our website for map of cottages)
Cottages 5 and 6 have two bedrooms accommodating up to 4 people. (See our website for map of cottages)

cottage rental amenities
All of our cottages are modern with fully equipped kitchens including microwaves, coffee makers, crockpots, toasters and all necessary utensils.
Each cottage has a screened-in porch with picnic table.
All cottages have satellite TV.
Safe, sandy beach for children.
Campfire area open to all renters.
Although each full size bed is supplied with pillows, blankets, spreads and mattress pads, guests must furnish their own sheets and towels.
A 14’ aluminum fishing boat is supplied with each cottage. Guests are welcome to bring an outboard motor (up to 10 HP) to put on the provided boat.
Boat launch and protected river dockage on premises for guests that bring their own boat or PWC.

- Black Lake is a 10,000 acre all sports lake known for Walleye, Perch, Muskie and Bass fishing.

- Ocqueoc Falls minutes away
